It is well known that several Hollywood celebrities have been outspoken against President Donald Trump and his tax reforms. As soon as the Senate passed the Bill on early Saturday morning, several Hollywood celebrities lost their mind on Twitter, perhaps because they will be one of the biggest losers from these reforms.
Comedian Chelsea Handler was the first to hit out at the bill. “What Republicans did last night to the poor and middle class in this country to reward huge corporations and the very wealthy is sickening. So, for all the religious beliefs you hold, rewarding the people who fund your campaigns must be somewhere in the Bible,” she Tweeted.
Actor Josh Gad too hit out at the Bill. “If you are not a billionaire, today should very well be marked as one of the most disgraceful acts in modern political history. Madness won,” he said.
Next in line was Michael Moore. “The Republican Party is the enemy of the American people. The Senate just passed the Trump Tax Increase, 1:50am, enriching the 1% & concentrating wealth in the hands of the few. Capitalism & Fascism. The coup is underway. Make no mistake about it. EVERYONE OFF THE BENCH! 11/6/18,” he Tweeted.
Adam McKay also Tweeted against the Bill, “The robber barons lost with The New Deal. They then spent the next 80 years battling back before this victory. Now we the people begin taking back America, again”.
“Agreed. This is why they’ve put up with Trump. For personal gain that hurts the very people it promises to help. Enjoy the money. The Trumps will,” celebrity Paul Feig said.
“REPUBLICANS PUT THE KNIFE IN OBAMACARE,& TRUMPIANS WILL CURSE HIM 4 TERM’S OVER,IF HES NOT JAIL. GOP WILL RAPE,” Cher Tweeted.
Rob Delaney too joined his colleagues. “Don’t despair. Be angry, of course. The GOP is monstrous; their policies kill, starve & maim. But this is what capitalism does & has always done. NOTHING unique or unprecedented happened tonight. It can be & will be undone. By us,” Rob Tweeted.
Alyssa Milano too fell in line. “You think this Tax Scam Bill is bad? Wait until they take the internet from you and give it to big corporations. Notice the trend here,” she said.
Michael Ian Black too joined the crowd, as he Tweeted, “Congrats to all the American families this tax bill will help. Fortunately I can list most of them in a tweet: Koch, Mercer, Mnuchin, DeVos, and Trump”.
Now that you know who are ones who really do not want are nation to proceed forward, remember their names before you go to see any movies. The only way they will correct themselves is if their ratings start falling down!
